    Role Expectations

    • Bricklayers: Experience in laying bricks, blocks, or stones, constructing walls, and other masonry structures.
    • Concrete Workers: Capable of preparing molds, placing concrete mixes, and working with various formwork systems.
    • Steel Fixers: Skilled in handling and placing reinforcements.
    • Construction Carpenters: Experience in building wood or metal structures, including framing and support systems.
    • Shuttering Carpenters: Knowledgeable in creating and installing formwork, including systems such as Doka or Peri.
    • Roofers: Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems.
    • Painters: Expertise in both interior and exterior painting, applying finishes to surfaces.
    • Floor Layers: Skilled in laying tiles, vinyl, and wooden floors.
