As a Growth Marketing Intern, you'll lead our efforts to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with our founders to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and drive measurable results. Tasks:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the rental market.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive continuous improvement.
• Take care of our Social Media appearance (Instagram & co) and work closely with publishers to position terra on the market

Qualifikation

• Proven track record of success in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Instagram, Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to experiment and iterate.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
