Founder's Associate

Welcome to terra.studios. Founded earlier this year, we're reshaping the furnished apartment landscape with our unique approach of combining our construction expertise and smart rental services to create exclusive and elevated homes. Aufgaben

As Founders Associate (m/f/d) at terra.studios, you will be given an extensive insight inside the business model and real-estate industry through 1-on-1 sessions with the founders. You will take on responsibility for your own projects and tasks from day one, helping you to develop your founders-mindset and kickstarting your start-up career. You will actively support the founders in their decision-making processes as well as support our team in implementing strategic and operational changes.

Tasks

• Act as a sparring partner for the founding team and take full ownership of strategic and operational projects, driving them forward proactively
• Help with overseeing construction processes on site, as well as managing the construction process
• Organize meetings by preparing agendas, assigning action items, preparing decision proposals, and ensuring follow-up on execution
• Drive new projects and ventures (Zero to 1) in collaboration with the founders

Qualifikation

• You thrive on entrepreneurial thinking and embrace a hands-on approach
• Your talent for strategic planning is matched by exceptional practical judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively (80:20)
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills, effortlessly prioritizing what matters most and anticipating future needs
• Your analytical ability allows you to break down complex issues and communicate with clarity
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is second nature to you
• 1-2 years of experience in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC …)
• Fluent in English and German
