Aufgaben

• Support an international, cross-functional project with the goal to have standardised service processes across the EMEA region which includes the introduction of a new Customer Relationship Management software.
• The tasks are the following:
• Coordinate project related tasks with the project management team
• Requesting, collecting and consolidating project-relevant information
• Preparation of project related meetings including documentation and follow-up
• Creation of PowerPoint presentations according to briefing
• Creation of project-related communication

Qualifikation

• You are properly matriculated at a university
• Organisational skills are essential
• You follow an pragmatic, problem-solving and deadline-oriented approach
• You have a strong commitment and self-motivation as well as an independent working style
• You bring a highly analytical and structured thinking
• Strong English written and verbal communications are essential
• You should be available for approx. 20 hours per week
