    Aufgaben

    • Recruiting-Funnel end-to-end (Sourcing, Screening, Assessments, Koordination) mit klaren KPIs
    • Wöchentliches Pipeline-Reporting (Conversions, Drop-offs, Time-to-hire) + Prozess-Tuning
    • People Ops im Alltag: Onboarding, Trainings, Tools, Doku, Automationen, HRIS/Notion Hygiene
    • Diverse andere strategische Themen und Learnings wie wo du deine eigene Ideen mitbringen kannst

    Qualifikation

    • Mindset: Du bist nicht nur „an Operations interessiert“: Du willst Dinge wirklich voranbringen.
    • Mind. 4 Monate (gern länger)
    • Deutsch C2
    • On-site fit (Berlin Mitte)
