Your mission
To build, expand and lead the Frontend Engineering team responsable for building a state-of-the-art mission managment software for STARK´s unmanned systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the Frontend development team in close coordination with backend and UI/UX;
Advise program lead on frontend considerations and create plans for execution;
Build up Frontend engineering team;
Create user interface for complex mission management software;
Formulating tickets from overarching stories;
Create easy to learn, reliable to use and attractive user interface;
Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems;
Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not;
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science or similar relevant fields;
8 - 10 years of experience in Frontend development;
Experience leading a team of software engineers;
Building a team from scratch will be considered a huge plus;
Experience leading projects end to end.
Expert use of Typescript
Experience in automotive and/or defence industries;
Prior experience working with 3D user interfaces, AI assistance or AR/VR implementation is considered a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to travel as needed.
