ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions for clients across the battery industry- including automotive OEMs, power tool manufacturers, BESS companies, and cell manufacturers. You’ll collaborate closely with a small team of developers to build an integrated data analytics and visualization platform that drives innovation and accelerates the battery development cycle. This role offers the chance to shape both the platform’s technical direction and our broader software portfolio by suggesting impactful features and improvements. You’ll be responsible for creating an engaging, user-friendly frontend and a reliable, high-performance backend capable of handling large-scale data from battery testing. Beyond software development, this is an opportunity to influence company strategy and play a key role in bringing next-generation green technology to market faster than ever before.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and deploy full-stack Data & AI solutions for both internal needs and client projects ,encompassing front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and data integration
Design and build scalable and robust applications, ensuring seamless integration of data pipelines, and user experiences to address client challenges
Translate client needs into actionable technical specifications, working closely with product and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Participate in technical workshops and collaborative sessions with clients to gather requirements, present technical approaches, and demonstrate our tools
Contribute to the development and enhancement of new and existing offerings by applying expertise in full-stack development

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in full-stack development, stronger frontend experience is preferred over stronger backend experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment
Solid understanding of database systems (relational and/or NoSQL) and API design principles
A passion for leveraging data, digital products, and AI technologies to drive innovation in the energy transition
