  • We assist Corporate Legal, Risk and Compliance departments on their digital transformation journey. As a ServiceNow Legal Transformation Advisor you will implement tech-enabled solutions in cooperation with Solution Architects and Developers.

    The role requires both, the capability to understand general requirements and challenges of in-house teams with respect to service delivery and information needs and to implement corresponding tech-enabled solutions by translating processes into end-to-end flows together with our Solution Architects and Developers.

    We are looking for a strong personality at the interaction of legal requirements, processes, and technology who is resourceful and confident under high pressure.Please note, this is a full-time, permanent employment offer based on a local payroll.     Tasks

    As a Legal Transformation Advisor, you will:

    • Lead and manage transformation projects for legal and compliance departments, and law firms.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and help shape legal operations and service delivery of the future.
    • Advise clients on legal and compliance process optimization, digitalization, and technology implementation.
    • Design and implement customized legal service delivery models and operating frameworks.
    • Translate legal and compliance requirements into practical, tech-enabled solutions in collaboration with legal engineers and developers.
    • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
    • Prepare and facilitate workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
    • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in project management, ideally within corporate legal operations, legal management consulting, or in-house transformation projects.
    • Solid understanding of legal workflows, in-house legal department structures, or law firm operations.
    • Experience with ServiceNow, in particular ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro and Integrated Risk Management, a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Strategic mindset paired with practical implementation skills.
    • Fluent business German (C1+) and English.
    • Background in law, business/legal tech, or relevant consulting experience strongly preferred.
