Requirements

5+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated expertise in backend development, especially with Node.js and TypeScript.
Tech Stack Mastery: Proficiency in distributed systems like RabbitMQ/Kafka, ScyllaDB/Cassandra, and Postgres.
First Principle Thinking: Ability to dissect complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
Urgency & Commitment: A high drive for results, managing tight deadlines effectively.
Scalability Focus: Experience in developing and scaling systems for massive user bases.
