    We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and support our Head of Operations in delivering exceptional service to our partners and clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and wants to be part of Berlin's innovative real estate scene.

    You'll be the operational backbone supporting our Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining our high standards of partner satisfaction and operational excellence.

    Tasks

    Partner Support & Communication

    • Assist in responding to partner requests within our 2-hour internal SLA
    • Support incident management for operational and customer support areas
    • Own collaboration with internal teams for handback and handover processes
    • Maintain clear communication channels with partners and stakeholders

    Process Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows
    • Assist in implementing new operational procedures and standards
    • Support training initiatives for operational processes
    • Contribute to operational efficiency improvements

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Track and report on operational metrics and KPIs
    • Update and maintain operational records (office setups, damages, maintenance contacts)
    • Support documentation of handback processes and damage assessments

    Administrative Operations

    • Support the preparation of payment reminders and follow-up processes
    • Help maintain vendor and contractor databases
    • Support operationalising general office administration and operational tasks

    Requirements

    Essential Requirements

    • 1-3 years of operations, administration, or customer service experience
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent fluent written and verbal communication skills in German. Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
    • You have the ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
    • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
    • Team player who can also work independently
