We’re looking for an International Project Manager (m/f/d) who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who understands what it means to deliver flawless projects across borders – on time, on brand, on budget.

Tasks
- Manage international projects from concept handover to on-site implementation – across shopfitting, visual merchandising, and corporate interiors
- Serve as the main point of contact for premium and luxury clients throughout all project phases
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, production partners, and logistics providers globally
- Translate creative and brand guidelines into executable technical documentation
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timing, and budget targets – across multiple countries and time zones
- Plan and supervise worldwide deliveries, customs processes, and on-site installations
- Maintain structured communication and reporting between clients and execution teams
- Identify risks early and proactively solve problems to guarantee smooth rollouts
- Contribute to process improvements and help shape scalable project structures
Requirements
- Proven experience in international project management (preferably in shopfitting, retail design, visual merchandising, or a related creative field)
- Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken) is a must
- Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
- High degree of responsibility, structure, and independence
- Willingness to travel and manage on-site installations when needed
- Solid understanding of production processes, timelines, and budget control
- Ideally experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or comparable systems
