  • Ninox is a leading low-code platform for digitizing and automating business processes. Our solution is used by thousands of companies across the globe – from SMEs to large enterprises across various industries. To accelerate this expansion, we’re looking for a driven and multilingual International Marketing Manager to help shape our global communication and growth.

    Tasks

    • Content Creation & Localization
      Produce and adapt marketing content for English-speaking and additional target markets – including website copy, campaign material, customer stories, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and sales enablement assets.
    • Project Management for Internationalization
      Plan and coordinate international rollouts: conduct market research, align timelines, lead campaign execution, and ensure cross-functional collaboration – organized via Jira & Confluence.
    • Liaison to International Sales and Local Marketing Teams
      Support our globally operating sales managers with localized assets and campaigns. In the medium term, you’ll coordinate and align with emerging local marketing efforts in key markets.
    • Planning and Hosting Webinars & International Events
      Organize and execute multilingual webinars and live events, including topic planning, landing pages, invitations, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
    • Marketing Enablement for International Expert Partners
      Provide marketing resources and formats to support our expert partners – industry specialists, implementation consultants, and solution builders who use or integrate Ninox. You’ll ensure they have access to localized content and are well integrated into relevant campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in international B2B marketing – ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
    • Fluency in English (C2 level) is required, along with at least one additional language (e.g. French or Spanish) at professional working proficiency. German language skills is a plus.
    • Strong writing and editorial skills, including experience in localization of content.
    • Some experience with HubSpot, Webflow, Jira, and Confluence is desirable.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
    • Affinity for technical products and experience working with ecosystems involving implementation partners or solution experts is a plus.
