Tasks

The Servicenow Administrator at Ratepay holds a pivotal role in the administration and development of ServiceNow alongside corporate IT systems. Key responsibilities include the oversight of ServiceNow administration, network administration, firewall management, and coordination with service partners

Requirements

What you bring along

ServiceNow Administration: Managing major release updates, application management, monitoring instance health, bug/script fixing, vulnerability assessment, MFA/SSO implementation, data import/export, and API connector maintenance.
Security Skills: Ensuring operational safety across all IT systems and networks.
Network Administration: Administering and managing HPE Aruba/Comware and Meraki Networks.
Firewall Management: Administering and managing PaloAlto Cluster Firewall, Vmware NSX, and Watchguard.
Service Provider Management: Overseeing external service providers, including cost control, feature development, incident coordination, and project management.
License Management: Managing licenses efficiently to ensure compliance and optimal usage.

Desirable Skills

Microsoft Skills: Microsoft administration experience, especially in Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow APIs: Proficiency in working with APIs in ServiceNow, with experience integrating with Atlassian, SAP, or Salesforce systems.
JavaScript: Proficient in JavaScript, with the ability to develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Database Knowledge: Experience with databases within the ServiceNow environment, including database management and optimization.
