About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who has shipped LLM-powered features and thrives in fast-moving environments. As our first Product Manager, you'll work directly with the CPO (Matthias) to deliver AI co-pilots and agentic workflows from prototype to production.

What you'll do

Translate Ambiguity into Clarity: You turn fuzzy, high-level problems into clear, actionable solutions and deliver iteratively without handholding.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to ensure smooth delivery.
Simplify Complex Workflows: You design intuitive solutions that non-digital-native users can easily adopt.
Close the Feedback Loop: You gather feedback from users, validate adoption, and use data to guide iteration.

What we're looking for

You have proven experience in B2B Product Management, ideally in AI, ML, or data products. The following describes you:

Shipping Machine with Early-Stage Mindset

You thrive under ambiguity and resource constraints.
You turn fuzzy, high-level problems into clear solutions without handholding.
You've shipped multiple releases in short cycles.

LLM Experience

You've shipped or evaluated LLM-based products (co-pilots, retrieval, or function-calling).
You understand reliability issues, eval drift, grounding, and prompt management.

UX Systems Thinking

You simplify complex workflows into clear and intuitive patterns.
You know how to design for non-digital-native users.

Clear Communication

You communicate in a clear, structured, and outcome-driven way.
You know how to adjust communication for different stakeholders (tech, GTM, users etc.)

Language Skills

German language proficiency: You can conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and write release notes in German.

Bonus points if

You've worked with ERP, CRM, or workflow-heavy B2B software (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
You're an ex-founder or ex-engineer
