Own and implement the end-to-end quality strategy for onboarding new payment service providers (PSPs) and other third-party partners.
Design and build robust automation frameworks to ensure new integrations are reliable, performant, and delivered at speed.
Serve as the quality advocate within the integrations team, driving a shift-left culture and ensuring quality is built-in from the start.
Mitigate business risk by preventing integration-related production incidents and ensuring a seamless experience for our merchants.
Directly support our company's strategic goals for system uptime and rapid ecosystem growth.
Ability to define and own the end-to-end quality strategy for new integrations.
Proven expertise in building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks to support continuous delivery.
Deep understanding of the full testing pyramid, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
Experienced in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions.
Strong communication skills, actively promoting a shift-left testing culture across teams.
Pragmatic decision-maker who effectively balances software quality with delivery speed.
Comfortable and successful working within agile, embedded, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Go.
Experience in performance or security testing.
Background in the payments or fintech domain.
Experience mentoring other engineers on testing best practices.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements.
