    Your Impact

    To support our mission, we’re looking for a Technical Lead to take full ownership of our mobile, web and backend applications, drive architectural decisions, and lead delivery efforts across teams. In this role you will collaborate directly with the CTPO, the Product team, the Operations team, and external partners. You’ll play a key role in aligning system architecture with business goals and creating scalable, resilient solutions. This is a unique opportunity to leave your mark on a meaningful product while mentoring a highly skilled team.

    Your Mission

    • Take full technical ownership of a modern, multi-platform architecture including:

      • Smartwatch (WearOS/Android)
      • Mobile apps (Android/iOS)
      • Webshop and backoffice portals (Angular + Kotlin/Java + AWS Lambda)
    • Lead and mentor a growing team of backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps engineers

    • Design and review scalable system and software architecture

    • Translate product needs into technical tickets, priorities, and timelines

    • Collaborate directly with the CTPO, product, operations, and external partners

    • Stay hands-on where needed to drive implementation, unblock others, and set the technical bar

    • Continuously improve code quality, infrastructure, and development processes

    • Document architectural and technical decisions

    • Manage integrations with external systems like Salesforce and Chargebee

    Your Talent

    • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role guiding cross-functional teams (6+ developers)
    • Deep expertise in Kotlin and Java with extensive hands-on experience using Spring Boot
    • Strong Android development background, applying Clean Architecture principles across mobile, web, and backend systems
    • Proficient in system design, microservice architecture, and building scalable, distributed, event-driven systems
    • Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS services including Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, and API Gateway
    • Familiarity with frontend architecture, particularly Angular
    • Experienced in translating complex business requirements into actionable technical goals
    • Skilled in managing technical scope, setting priorities, and aligning stakeholder expectations
    • Strong documentation practices and excellent communication skills
    • Sound understanding of DevOps principles and implementation
