Your mission
As our Founders Associate based in Berlin, you’ll work directly with our COO and play a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives across the business. You’ll be the right hand in day-to-day execution and a sparring partner for high-impact decisions. From rolling out internal processes to coordinating key cross-functional projects, you’ll help build the foundation for our next stage of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-growing SaaS startup operates from the inside, with visibility across product, operations, and leadership.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Support the COO in daily business operations, planning, and team coordination.
- Drive cross-functional projects (e.g. product launches, operational improvements, or internal workflows) from idea to execution.
- Identify and solve bottlenecks to move faster, smarter, and with clarity.
- Build and improve internal processes that scale with us.
- Prepare strategic insights and reporting that inform key decisions.
- Be a cultural co-creator in our new Berlin hub.
Who We’re Looking For
- You have consulting experience and are comfortable managing complex projects and stakeholders.
- You’re based in Berlin and excited to work closely with the leadership team.
- You’re a structured, hands-on thinker who brings clarity, ownership, and momentum.
- You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and stay calm in dynamic environments.
- You thrive in fast-paced settings where no two days are the same.
- Bonus: You’ve worked in a startup or B2B SaaS environment and enjoy the pace and variety.

We currently use:
- Notion for knowledge, planning, and documentation
- Teamwork to manage projects and priorities
- HubSpot for customer and pipeline insights
- Excel & Google Sheets for KPIs, reporting, and models
- Outlook & Teams for email and scheduling
- Slack for day-to-day communication and quick collaboration
You’ll help us improve how we use these tools and introduce better ones if needed.
