🚀 Founders Associate (Business Development) – Shape the Growth Engine at xHeron
At xHeron, we’re building the first AI Collaboration Environment for Hospitality Operations. Our mission? Empowering teams in the hospitality industry to work smarter, not harder — with AI agents that seamlessly integrate into their daily workflows.
Now we’re looking for a Founders Associate (Growth) to join the journey. You’ll work side-by-side with our CEO and take ownership of everything that drives growth — from sales and marketing to ops and fundraising. The perfect launchpad for future founders, operators, and leaders.
📍 Berlin | Internship (3-6 months) | Path to Full-Time
Tasks
- Build and optimize our entire Sales Engine — from pre-sales and outreach to deal closing
- Design and implement an automated, scalable Marketing Strategy across content, partnerships, and paid campaigns
- Work on high-impact strategic projects in Finance, HR, and Fundraising
- Create and track growth KPIs, and drive insights into execution
- Be the right hand to the CEO — and act like a co-pilot across company priorities
Requirements
- Are analytical, structured, and hungry to build from scratch
- Have a bias for action and love solving complex business challenges
- Communicate with clarity and confidence — whether in pitch decks or cold calls
- Are comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Have a strong grasp of business, marketing, or startup dynamics
- Bonus: You’re curious about tech and AI (even if you're not an engineer)
Benefits
- Direct mentorship from the CEO and a front-row seat to early-stage company building
- Fast-track to a full-time position with VSOP
- Hands-on experience across multiple domains: sales, ops, fundraising, hiring
- Ownership from day one and the chance to leave your mark
- Flexibility, competitive pay, and access to cutting-edge AI tools
Whether you're a future founder, strategy consultant in disguise, or just someone who wants to learn more in 3-6 months than most do in a year — xHeron is your playground.
