  • YOUR MISSION:

    As Front Desk Receptionist (f/m/d)* you will support our office manager in daily office operations as well as cover the front desk to welcome visitors. 

     

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Managing front desk tasks with exceptional attention to detail, including warmly greeting visitors and efficiently handling mail processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
    • Serving as the initial point of contact for all office-related inquiries, whether in person or through our ticketing system, demonstrating excellent communication.
    • Ensure a warm environment for all Parloans and visitors by maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable environment.
    • Taking ownership of office supplies management, ensuring that stocks of drinks and snacks are well-maintained and replenished.
    • Set up and prepare meeting rooms for onsite visitors and workshops, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place for successful events.
    • Collaborate closely with the IT and People & Culture teams to support a smooth onboarding experience for new Parloans.

    Slack, Notion, Miro, Jira, GSuite, Asana


    Schedule:

    This role requires you the be physically present in our Berlin office from Monday to Friday from approximately 9am until 2pm.

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • You can work on-site 25 hours per week in our Berlin HQ office.
    • Experience working in hospitality, gastronomy, or service-related jobs. 
    • You are passionate about working with people.
    • You have excellent writing and communication skills in English to articulate your ideas clearly.
    • German at least B2.
