We are on an exciting journey of growth and innovation at PAICON, and we're seeking experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join our existing Software Engineering Team. Tasks

• Design and develop solutions and products that drive continuous improvement for our customers, representing PAICON in the external market.
• Collaborate with a talented team to create modern Healthcare Cloud Solutions.
• Work closely with DevOps Engineers to design and implement efficient processes for the software delivery.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the PAICON medical platform, application, and website.
• Participate in strategic discussions on increasing automation through cloud services and shaping future technological directions.

As a start-up we are scaling up and expanding, a solution-focused mindset whereyou are ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done and are not afraid to give critical feedback is absolutely cruicial for us.

Requirements

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
• Proficient in developing web applications, preferably using Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, etc.
• Experienced with SQL and both relational and non-relational databases.
• Skilled in software testing methodologies like TDD and system testing using frameworks like RSpec.
• Knowledgeable about DevOps practices and CI/CD tools, ideally on GitHub.
• Familiarity with Public Cloud Platforms, ideally AWS.
• Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, IT, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
