Tasks

Gesamtverantwortung für Photovoltaikprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme
Koordination interner Teams sowie externer Kunden und Dienstleister für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf
Sicherstellung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards durch regelmäßige Baustellenpräsenz
Laufende Projektkalkulation und risikobasierte Analysen zur frühzeitigen Problemidentifikation und -lösung
Effektive Problemlösung während der Bauphase und klare Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern zur erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung

Assumption of overall responsibility for managing photovoltaic projects, from conception through to commissioning
Coordination of all project stakeholders, both internally and externally with clients and service providers, to ensure smooth execution
Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards through regular on-site presence
Continuous updating of project cost calculations and conducting risk-based analyses to identify potential issues early and implement countermeasures
Resolving problems arising during the construction process and maintaining effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project completion

Requirements

Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Erneuerbare Energien, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar; alternativ Meister/Techniker (m/w/d)
Erfahrung in der Leitung von Photovoltaikprojekten von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme (3–5 Jahre)
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten, belastbar
Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohe Motivation, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit

Degree in engineering, renewable energy, electrical engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)
Experience in managing photovoltaic projects from planning to commissioning
Strong communication and coordination skills, resilient under pressure
Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
High motivation, commitment, and ability to work in a team
