ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission
Working within the project management team (alongside design and real estate) you will be an integral part of our company, shaping project delivery processes and ensuring exceptional execution. Overseeing design, planning and delivery for our refurbishment and development projects - your tasks will include:
Due diligence:
Evaluation of the potential new properties
Technical DD
Analysing existing plans and reports - architecture, fire safety, MEP, ICT, etc
Feasibility of implementing Numa standards - design, finishes, FFE, MEP, ICT, etc
Budget forecasting and timeline estimations
Lease contract and vendor contract negotiations
Planning and execution:
Execution of projects by applying project management tools and techniques
External coordination - main point of contact for developers, planning teams, contractors, vendors
Managing interfaces, scope changes and progress with external contractors or landlord's developers and representatives. Running regular meetings and preparing meeting minutes and reports
Internal coordination - leading coordination between the design, procurement, finance, operations, distribution, revenue, legal, etc
Running weekly meetings and managing internal tasks and teams following the standard Numa process. Managing interdependencies, conflicts and priorities
Timeline setup, monitoring and updating, control
Budget set up, monitoring and updates, additional costs reports, red flags. Ensuring projects will meet financial targets, tracking the scope and payments
Monitoring lease contract execution and alignment with
Accurate and timely reporting of project performance to senior management
Construction site walkthroughs, checking the quality and Numa standards implementation
Organising and managing the snagging process and the final handover to Numa
Launch:
Developing strategy and comprehensive plan for the launch (launch dates, local launch requirements, operational set-up)
Coordination of all departments involved in the launching process (operations, distribution, legal, finance, revenue,…)
Managing deliveries, installations and distribution of FFE/OSE, signage, collaterals, etc
Final snagging and handover to operation teams
Quality assurance
Post launch:
Identifying and implementing workflow improvements, both in content and tech.
Run lessons learnt / post launch analysis and implement best-practises to maximise process efficiency
Identifying time and cost saving opportunities for upcoming projects
ABOUT YOU
Your profile:
University degree in engineering, architecture, construction, real estate, business management, or similar
Experience from relevant fields of work - architecture, real-estate, construction, engineering, etc. Ideally experience working in the similar company, or for a developer
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with external parties
Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills
Well-developed technical and creative skills, thinking outside conventional solutions
A good eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects at the same time
Advanced knowledge in various PM tools (Google Suit, Asana, Notion, etc)
Planning and construction norms, regulations and contract law knowledge
Fluency in English & German is a requirement
Fluency in other European languages is a plus
