About The Role
- Developing, designing and executing property-related and communication pieces, including print and digital.
- Ensuring that creative and design elements across the board are aligned with our brand guidelines and strategy.
- Working with internal and external creative resources and partners, and contributing to the process to bring to life creative concepts.
- Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into creative concepts.
- Working with senior creative leadership and designers to establish new skills and insights.
About You
- You have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Video editing or motion design is a plus.
- You have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a background in creating both printed materials and digital content.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can balance urgency with high attention to detail and ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
- You possess a strong understanding of design principles, enabling you to creatively apply them.
- You demonstrate creativity and visual thinking, consistently generating innovative ideas and concepts.
- You excel in communication and collaboration, effectively conveying ideas and collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders.
