  • Right now, there is a unique opportunity to combine low-code and AI into a new kind of product that redefines how business software will be built in the future:

    A low-code platform that delivers results in minutes but scales well to enterprise requirements. We are building this product and we want you to tell the story.

    You will spearhead our go-to-market, aligning product, marketing, and sales activities— translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives, building strong communities, and driving adoption across B2B audiences.

    Tasks

    - Build Ninox's product marketing function from the ground up

    - Define and own our go-to-market strategy

    - Architect a PLG funnel connecting the dots from awareness to referral with a fully data-driven approach

    - Craft and own product positioning that resonates with both developers and business leaders

    - Present the product confidently at events, webinars, and internal sessions

    - Engage with communities and channels—from developer forums to LinkedIn influencers

    - Build relationships with external advocates, partners, and thought leaders

    - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

    - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy

    Requirements

    - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with technical products

    - Deep understanding of vibe-code/no-code/low-code products, modern CRM products, or AI-native tools.

    - A natural community builder—you know how to engage, grow, and energize audiences

    - Strong presentation and communication skills—you’re confident on stage and in front of a camera

    - Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a love for storytelling

    - Fluent in English; German is a plus

    - Based in Berlin or open to relocate
