  • EverSky AI is building the AI-first platform transforming industries across Europe. We buy, build, and scale SaaS leaders into AI champions. As Director of Product & AI, you’ll be pivotal in shaping and implementing our AI-led operating system across portfolio companies.

    Tasks

    • Design and implement high-ROI AI strategies for ops & product in portfolio companies, creating repeatable AI playbooks in the process
    • Turn siloed, unstructured data from portfolio companies into a platform-wide data layer
    • Build agentic workflows to replace or augment mid- and back-office functions, boosting efficiency across operations
    • Enhance and modernize SaaS products so end-users spend less time on admin and more on their core work
    • Balance strategy with hands-on execution, delivering quick wins while laying the foundation for long-term AI excellence in ops & product

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in AI transformation – on both ops & product levels
    • A builder at heart: hands-on, implementation-focused, outcome-driven
    • Comfortable in execution at the intersection of product, ops, and technology – and with B2B SaaS experience
    • Programming ability a plus, but mindset matters more: strategic thinker + doer
    • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and structured – ideally with small-company or founder experience
    • Fluent in English (required); German a plus
    • Based in Berlin or London; hybrid setup between office and remote
