Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is key, with a dash of English proficiency preferred—let’s make those connections!

- An ability to thrive independently, managing your own remote recruitment initiatives with flair.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to unearth top talent.
- Attention to detail and stellar organization skills to juggle multiple roles with ease.
- A proactive, flexible approach to adapting to evolving recruitment needs and challenges.
