Our client, an international manufacturing company, is entering the implementation phase of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout.
Following the analysis and preparation phase in late 2025, the project will intensify in early 2026 with a strong focus on Finance and Warehouse Management (WMS) setup and rollout .
To strengthen the project team, we are looking for a Nearshore Senior D365FO SCM/WMS Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for driving the Logistics & Warehouse Management rollout throughout 2026 and supporting Finance setup activities.
The project targets a Go-Live in July 2026 and requires a consultant with fluent German skills and willingness to travel onsite to Germany regularly.
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Travel to Germany)

Duration: 3–6 months (extension possible)
Languages: German (fluent is a must have), English (very good), French a plus
Tasks
- Lead the D365FO WMS / Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation within the rollout stream
- Configure, test, and operationalize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) end-to-end
- Support the Finance team with initial configuration and integration tasks
- Work closely with the Project Lead (4 days/week) and coordinate with local and nearshore resources
- Participate in hybrid workshops, functional deep dives, and onsite training sessions
- Contribute to project planning, milestone tracking, and progress reporting
- Prepare for and support the Go-Live in July 2026, including cutover and hypercare
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and process handover
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong functional expertise in SCM, Logistics, Warehouse Management (WMS/EWM)
- Proven experience in D365FO WMS configuration and rollout
- Good understanding of Finance-related processes and Logistics–Finance integration
- Practical experience in German-speaking implementations!!
- Fluent German (mandatory)!!
- Very good English; French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to Germany on a regular basis (10 days per month, travel expenses will be paid according to company travel policy)
