Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a successful history of filling various roles.
- Strong understanding of different industries and the ability to adapt recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools to streamline sourcing and candidate management.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a remote work environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Dependable internet connection and a home office setup conducive for remote work.
