To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Working Student in Community & Customer Care (m/f/d).

Aufgaben

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du beantwortest Fragen und Kommentare auf unseren Social-Media- und Community-Kanälen freundlich und souverän. Dazu gehören unser Ticket-System, unser eigenes Forum, Discord und Trustpilot
Du stehst unserer Community mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
Du recherchierst zu Themen rund um Gaming, Modding und Popkultur und hältst dich und das Team auf dem Laufenden
Du bist flexibel einsetzbar und unterstützt nach Absprache mit dem Community Team auch das Content Team. Dazu gehört vor allem die Optimierung unseres SEO. Im speziellen die Erstellung von Texten für unsere Website, Blogbeiträge und Landingpages, sowie Keyword-Recherche.
Du testest die Qualität unserer Software in Absprache mit dem Tech-Team, um Userprobleme schnell nachvollziehbar und lösbar zu machen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You respond to questions and comments on our social media and community channels in a friendly and confident manner. This includes our ticket system, our own forum, Discord, and Trustpilot
You support our community with advice and hands-on help
You research topics related to gaming, modding, and pop culture and keep yourself and the team up to date
You are flexible and, in coordination with the community team, also support the Content team. This includes especially the optimization of our SEO – in particular creating texts for our website, blog posts, and landing pages, as well as keyword research
You test the quality of our software in close collaboration with the Tech team to help quickly understand and resolve user issues

Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL:

Du bist leidenschaftlicher Gamer und kannst Dich damit vollständig in unsere User hineinversetzen
Du befindest dich gerade in deinem Studium und möchtest erste Schritte in der Gamingbranche machen
Du bist wortgewandt und freundlich in Deiner Kommunikation
Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest stets lösungsorientiert
Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus

You are a passionate gamer and can fully put yourself in our users’ shoes
You are currently enrolled at university and want to take your first steps in the gaming industry
You are eloquent and friendly in your communication
You are a team player and work in a solution-oriented way
Language skills: fluent in German and English; any additional languages are a plus
