As a Director of Revenue Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through process optimization, cross-functional alignment, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
You are the trusted partner with global and regional GTM leaders to help identify and execute improvements to internal processes across all customer-facing roles. As a Director of RevOps, you will need to have strategic thinking coupled with effective execution. You'll cultivate relationships within the sales, marketing, customer operations, and finance divisions to pinpoint areas for improvement, and facilitate the provision of resources, tools, and support essential for success.
The ideal candidate is disciplined, structured, and detail-oriented, all while offering a customer-centric approach. You are a fast learner and can work independently and have a strong sense of ownership and possess the self-confidence to further develop this role at MARKT-PILOT.
This role will report to our CO-CEO.
