    Your role at Maniko:

    As our new Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be the driving force behind data-driven insights across the company. You will develop scalable data models, build self-service analytics structures, and create smart data products that enable our teams to make truly data-driven decisions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment where speed and impact matter more than perfection.

    Your responsibilities:

    • You will be a close business partner for our teams and work with colleagues to translate their requirements into actionable data solutions and support them in decision making

    • You will build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting requirements

    • You will develop and optimize data products to enable self-service analytics within the company

    • You will develop our data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and delivery

    • You will ensure data quality through test frameworks, validation processes, and comprehensive documentation

    • You will confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for data-informed approaches, even with senior stakeholders

    What you bring:

    • Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Generalist

    • SQL & Data Transformation: Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools like dbt, as well as visualization tools (preferably Tableau)

    • Data Modeling & Structuring: A deep understanding of data modeling concepts enables you to efficiently structure datasets for analytics and reporting

    • Data Quality & Reliability: You have a data-first mindset and take pride in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all analytics outputs

    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Working closely with stakeholders to define metrics and enable data-driven decisions is one of your strengths

    • Teamwork & Communication: You are a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Business Impact & Prioritization: You prioritize initiatives based on business impact and deliver insights and recommendations that drive meaningful action

    • Nice to have: Python for data engineering and orchestration tasks
