    We are currently looking for a Product Owner (f/m/d) – Mobile App (Scrum) who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the mobile development and design teams, your focus will be on the continuous evolution and delivery of our mobile app across iOS and Android. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for user-centered product development with your capacity for strategic prioritization and agile execution. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

    What you will do
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision for the mobile app, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company goals
  • Translate business needs and user insights into epics, user stories, and actionable backlog items with clear acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to influence the product roadmap

  • What you should bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, ideally focused on mobile app development
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies (certifications like CSPO or PSPO are a plus)
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management platforms
  • Solid technical understanding to engage meaningfully with development teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
