About the Role
As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our customer relationship management activities. You will lead targeted CRM campaigns, if suited to your experience you can play a pivotal role in our promo campaigns overall, develop personalized communication strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer loyalty, drive retention, and increase lifetime value. Tasks
- Lead the overall CRM strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints
- Design and implement data-driven, personalized campaigns to maximize customer engagement and retention
- Analyze CRM performance metrics and customer insights to optimize lifecycle marketing and conversion rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, and Sales teams to ensure consistent and compelling customer communication
- Manage CRM tools and platforms, ensuring data quality and compliance with GDPR
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Les Lunes at the forefront of CRM innovation
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in CRM management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful CRM campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
- Fluent in German and English
