    The position of (Senior) Product / Commercial Manager (m/f/d) offers you, as an adept and entrepreneurial commercial expert, an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills in a fast-growing and dynamic company. In this role, you will support the identification, delivery and profitability of category defining innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Commercial analysis and business case development for our multi-channel innovation requirements
    • Analyse, model and identify value creation opportunities across our portfolio of categories
    • Identify the financial hurdles for innovation
    • Protect profitability whilst championing our signature product quality
    • Monitor and manage the financial health of our multi-category, multi-channel portfolio
    • Generate and maintain accurate data and reporting
    • Collaborate with Stakeholders from across the organisation to achieve consensus and a consolidated innovation roadmap

    Your profile

    • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in FMCG, consulting or operations
    • You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field, or have completed equivalent vocational training.
    • You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate, to enjoy working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
    • You have excellent English skills; German is a plus.
    • You are highly competent in commercial and financial modelling
    • You possess a strategic and data-driven mindset, and your decisions are based on thorough analysis.
    • You are highly structured and organized in your work, enabling you to manage complex tasks and projects responsibly.
    • A hands-on mentality and strong assertiveness are among your personal strengths.
    • Last but not least: You’re a true team player with strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships
