  • YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    YOU WILL...

    • You are responsible for and apply innovative sourcing methods to build a qualified sales pipeline and identifying new prospects 
    • You prospect, screen and qualify potential leads through pre-qualification calls, emails & a multi-channel approach in coordination with our Marketing team   
    • You use Salesforce effectively to manage and update leads and opportunities
    • You maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication  
    • You boost our response rates, book virtual meetings and support our demos with potential clients and our pre-sales team   
    • You ensure seamless hand-off appointments to the respective Sales team and give  qualitative feedback to Marketing 

     

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    YOU...

    • You have 2-5 years of professional experience as a SDR; in a comparable position or in the areas of Inside Sales/B2B Sales
    • You are interested in the Industrial market, with a particular curiosity regarding new technologies, particularly IoT 
    • You are experienced in the use of CRM (Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and  Hubspot 
    • You are a people person and love to talk to prospects on video, phone, via E-Mail or face-to-face    
    • You have very good written and spoken English & German skills, and pay attention to grammar and tone
    • You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid set-up from our offices in Munich, or remotely within Germany
