    MISSION OF THIS ROLE

    As a Customer Service Engineer at Kinexon Sports, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our technical teams. Serving as the primary interface, you will contribute to the success of projects by providing expert support and driving customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and collaborative approach. For this role it is required to work from our Munich office on a weekly basis.

    YOUR TASKS

    • Be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Engineering, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and to advocate for improvements in our products and services
    • Take ownership of customer projects, providing technical guidance and support throughout the entire lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing maintenance

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • You have successfully completed studies in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical principles
    • You feel confident with various technical tools (i.e Linux) and possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Kinexon Sports
    • You have gained several years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, showcasing your ability to navigate complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions
