Tasks

As our second dedicated engineer on the client side, you will:

Own the entire front-end experience—from design critique to pixel-perfect implementation—and contribute to the Python back-end when needed.
Craft elegant, responsive UIs for customers (B2C gift card flows) and partners (B2B self-serve dashboards, embeddable widgets).
Shape component libraries, design tokens, and accessibility guidelines in a company with focused product-management and design resources.
Pair with founders on product discovery, run quick experiments, and measure impact.
Review code and mentor future team-mates.

Requirements

What we're looking for

3+ years of professional experience building modern web products, with Vue knowledge (or React/Angular expertise with enthusiasm to learn Vue).
Solid Python skills: comfortable adding endpoints, optimizing queries, and debugging async workers.
Strong design sensibility—at ease discussing typography, layout grids, and motion; proficient with Figma.
Pragmatic testing approach (unit + e2e) and dedication to performance and accessibility.
Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

Experience with payments, e-commerce, or loyalty/rewards products.
Familiarity with experiments/A-B testing frameworks and event analytics.
Experience with design systems or Storybook, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
Working knowledge of SQL, RESTful API design, GitHub Actions (or similar), and containerized deployments on Kubernetes.
