  • We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer acting as Founding Engineer to lead our tech development.

    Jobkey is building a B2B SaaS platform in the HR staffing industry. We help companies and external staffing providers streamlining their collaboration to maximize efficiencies and to overcome the labor shortage. By leveraging AI, we enable companies to fundamentally transform the Purchase-to-Pay process of external staffing provides and build a completely new generation of Vendor Management Systems. Backed by renowned business angels and family offices, we are accelerating growth and defining a new market leader.


    • You will be kicking off our full-stack development and revise our current MVP
    • You will be scoping and developing new features
    • You will be engaging with and onboarding developers to support the product development
    • You will be driving forward the implementation of our product roadmap and be working closely with our founding team
    • You will be shaping the tech product of a rising start-up to revolutionize the future of global work - unique greenfield opportunity


    • Bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering)
    • Full-time experience (3+ years) in full-stack development in scale-up environment (e.g., fast growing start-up)
    • Hard-working and entrepreneurially driven mind-set, being excited to take ownership in building out significant elements of our product and orchestrating CI/CD pipelines
    • Hands-on experience in building tech infrastructure from scratch and structured ability to choose architectures and tools suiting the company stage (feature and team composition) incl. experience with DevOps best practices and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, docker, Terraform)
    • Excellent project management skills and strong experience in managing a team of developers (both internal and external)
    • Strong passion for recent developments in AI to embody them in our product development
    • Familiar with some of these: TypeScript, NextJs, or Postgres (framework might change)
    • Optional: experience with the HR Tech / Vendor Management System space
    • Fluent in German and English
