We are seeking a motivated and innovative .NET Web Developer with DevOps experience to support the continuous development and modernization of web-based applications. In this role, you will collaborate on transitioning legacy desktop software to a modern web and service-oriented architecture. You'll play a key part in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment processes. Accountabilities:
- Enhance and develop existing web applications using .NET technologies
- Support the migration of desktop solutions to a modern web/service architecture
- Design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Participate in tool selection and DevOps infrastructure setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development and operational goals
- Research and propose modern technologies and approaches to keep the tech stack future-ready
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team discussions
Requirements
- Solid experience in object-oriented programming with C#
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, including both .NET Framework and .NET Core
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining CI/CD workflows (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
- Comfortable in Microsoft environments, including Azure Cloud and on-premise setups
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Docker Compose
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as Angular
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to engage with new challenges
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
