Tasks

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company website
• Organize content creation, most importantly via industry and technology reports based on our own internal data source
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all online channels
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing to keep IP Pilot ahead of the competition

Requirements

• Proven experience in online marketing and social media management
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Diligent and prescient personality, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation
• Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes
• Fluent in English, ideally also German
