    HOLY has not just grown, but nearly doubled in size within just one year. Following our successful Series A fundraising round, we plan to continue this growth. Our belief is that our strength is unquestionably rooted in our talented team members. Recognizing the critical role that our team plays in driving our success, we see the need to further expand our People & Org Team and in order to do that, we are looking for a People Operations Manager to continue providing aid and empowering our team.
    As HOLY's People Operations Manager, you will manage the majority of our People processes and admin tasks - defining, streamlining, and simplifying our processes to reduce any blockers. You will also supervise employee benefits, support the People & Org Team during Performance Reviews, and monitor the Monthly Pulse Check Survey to ensure workplace satisfaction.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • People Administration: You will own end-to-end our HRIS system (Personio), handle sensitive employee details, take care of personnel documentation, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Team Support & Development: You will serve as the main point of contact for team members throughout their journey from onboarding to offboarding, owning our employee benefits program, and responding to any specific team requests.
    • Payroll Owner: You will administer and maintain our preliminary payroll and acts as liaison for payroll reporting and personnel paperwork, including healthcare, legal, and various mailings.
    • Oversee Compliance & Current Trends: You maintain knowledge of German labor laws, stay current on regulations, and follow new People Team trends to keep HOLY up-to-date.
    • People Engagement: You will own the Monthly Pulse Check Survey and its analysis, support HOLY in its Performance Review, and administrate other People initiatives in close collaboration with Alan, our Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, and our Office Manager. You will report to our People & Org Manager, Alan, who leads our People & Org Team. This position requires someone who is a proactive learner and an enthusiastic team player with a strong passion for people, demonstrating both diligence and teamwork.
      Our People Operations Manager role offers a unique opportunity for those with initial experience in People Operations who are eager to deepen their people ops expertise or potentially develop into an HR generalist role over time.     Der Prozess

    As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

    1. Getting to know you: Luca, our talent Partner will have a 30-minute screening interview with you where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match. Then Alan, our People Manager will have a 30-minute chat to discuss the role and responsibilities in more detail.
    2. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. You have three days to complete this case study.
    3. Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, Alan, the People & Org Manager, and Luca, our Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in a 60-minute session.
    4. Interview with Mathias: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Mathias, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
    5. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
