Post Producer (m/w/d)
Die Position erfordert eine Kombination aus Organisationstalent, Empathie und Kreativität. Deine ausgeprägten Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Post Production ermöglichen dir sicher und schnell deine Kundenprojekte aufzugreifen und voranzutreiben. Als Schlüsselperson verantwortest du die pünktliche, spezifikationsgerechte sowie budgetgerechte End-to-End-Projektabwicklung. Mit deiner großen Erfahrung im Bereich Post Production steuerst du sowohl die Projekt-Teams wie auch die Ressourcenoptimierung und Rentabilität deiner Projekte.
Diese Stelle ist auf 40 Stunden ausgerichtet.
Aufgabenprofil
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Post-Produktionsanfragen
- Inhaltliche und technische Beratung der Kund*innen
- Kalkulation und Steuerung der Projekte (Forecasts und Abrechnungen)
- Ressourcenmanagement/Personaldisposition
- Timingkontrolle
- Beurteilung von inhaltlicher und technischer Qualität
- Abrechnung/Kostenkontrolle
Stellenanforderungen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung auf gleicher oder vergleichbarer Position
- Verständnis von Prozessen, Positionen und technischen Tools in der Post Produktion
- Guten MS Office Programmekenntnisse
- Kenntnisse zu allen gängigen Medienformaten und aktuellen Werbeformaten (Online, Social Media, TV, Funk, etc.)
- Grundkenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) zur oberflächlichen Beurteilung angelieferter Setups wünschenswert
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
