Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme, Unterstützung, Wartung, Verwaltung und Fehlerbehebung von Print – und Videoproduktionsgeräten und -systemen
Installieren und Testen neuer Anlagen und Geräte
Analysieren und Beheben von technischen Fehlern an Geräten und Systemen
Bei Bedarf Weiterleitung von Problemen an erfahrenere Teammitglieder
Beantwortung von Helpdesk-Ticketing-Systemen.

Life-Cycle-Management für das gesamte IT Equipment inkl. Einkauf /Beschaffung und Wareneingangskontrolle sowie Inventarverwaltung für 4 Standorte
Erstellung von Dokumentation sowie Betreuung der Knowledge Base
Bei Hogarth verwendete Produktionssysteme und benutzerdefinierte Workflow-Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Avid ProTools, Maxon Cinema 4D, Microsoft 365

Anforderungen

Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/-in (m/w/d), Systemelektroniker/-in (m/w/d), IT Systemkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Qualifikation
Einschlägige Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Medienumfeld
Fachwissen im Bereich Hardware (Apple Macintosh, Drucker, Proofer und mobilen Endgeräten)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bereichen Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite und Microsoft 365
Erste berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Informationstechnologie, z.B. im 1st Level IT-Support und Umgang mit Ticketsystemen wünschenswert
Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und eine hohe Einsatz- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
