Data Management Specialist Hexagon EAM (m/f/d)
Purpose
Data Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization’s data is accurate, secure, accessible, and well-organized. This role supports business operations and decision-making by managing data systems and processes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Administration and optimization of databases and data storage systems to ensure efficient and secure data archiving.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all recorded data through regular checks and implementation of validation processes.
- Coordination and management of data flows within the company, including the creation and maintenance of data models and data structures.
- Regular updating and cleansing of data sets to maintain a high level of data quality.
- Development and implementation of security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in data administration and data security, ideally in a technical environment
- Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis tools
- Experience with data security standards and protocols
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- High reliability and accuracy, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
