We are supporting a leading investment bank in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst – Structured Finance.
This role focuses on the credit assessment of complex structured financing transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and sponsor-driven deals.

The position offers broad exposure to sophisticated transactions and close involvement in high-level credit decision processes.

Tasks

Independent credit analysis of structured and corporate financing transactions
Assessment of complex acquisition and leveraged finance structures
Review and validation of financial models, forecasts, and transaction assumptions
Preparation of comprehensive credit memoranda for senior credit committees
Assignment and ongoing monitoring of internal ratings and credit risk indicators
Continuous portfolio surveillance and proactive risk management
Contribution to the development and optimisation of internal credit and risk frameworks

Requirements

Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or comparable field
Strong professional experience in structured finance, leveraged finance, credit risk or transaction analysis
Advanced financial modelling and valuation expertise
High degree of ownership, precision, and analytical judgement
Fluency in English and German (both mandatory)
