    As the Category Owner you will be responsible for overseeing the Specialty Cleaning category, driving its growth, and ensuring its success within the market. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will manage all aspects of the category, from strategic planning and execution to customer acquisition and partner management.

    About your tasks:

    • Source partners and launch the Specialized Cleaning services to all major cities in Germany, copying the playbook used already in Berlin, yet taking into account the characteristics necessary to make the service successful in new cities (e.g. Munich pricing may differ greatly from Berlin pricing).
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and enhance the service offering.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.
    • Manage relationships with professional partners and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute marketing strategies that drive category awareness and adoption.
    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
    • Handle budgeting and forecasting for the category, optimizing costs while maximizing revenue.
    • Provide leadership and direction as the CEO of your Category, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Strong sense of entrepreneurism and self-motivation to get things done
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior management
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Knowledge of the specific service category is highly preferred
