These are our current challenges and future goals:
As a Creative Performance Lead (all genders) at Glow25, you'll be the strategic and creative backbone of our paid media function. You combine a strong performance mindset with creative thinking and lead our Ad Creation team with clarity, energy, and focus. Your mission: to drive iterative, high-performing ad production.
You’ll develop cross-channel creative strategies, turn product insights and customer data into testable ad concepts, and orchestrate a smooth, data-driven creative workflow with your team of copywriters, video editors, project managers, and UGC creators.
This is where we need your support:
- Team leadership: You’ll take on direct leadership of our Ad Creation team – from copywriters and video editors to project managers.
- Creative strategy: You own the strategic direction for our paid creatives across Meta, TikTok, Native and other platforms – in alignment with performance and new customer acquisition goals.
- Briefing & testing: You translate campaign needs into creative briefs and define testing roadmaps in close collaboration with Media Buying.
- Creative operations: You coordinate priorities, timelines, and capacities to ensure a smooth and scalable creative workflow.
- Cross-channel alignment: You work closely with the Brand team to ensure consistency and creative synergy across touchpoints.
You have the following experience:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or creative strategy
- Strong understanding of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and/or Native Advertising
- Experience in creative testing & iteration: confident in analyzing performance KPIs like hook rate, CTR, ROAS
- Performance-first mindset: You prioritize results over aesthetics; you understand that our ads need to pack a punch and drive real growth—no fine art, just full-throttle impact.
- Proven track record in managing creative teams – ideally with direct leadership responsibility
- Solid grasp of digital funnel mechanics – from ad to landing page to conversion
- Skilled in prioritization, briefing, giving feedback, and leading retrospectives
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager – especially with Brand, Media, Product, and CRM teams
