    As a startup that serves other startups, we've proven our business model, service delivery and product-market fit successfully over the past 5 years. Now, we're ready to scale. 

    We need Senior Account Executives to help grow our business. You will build a portfolio of startup customers working closely with our leadership and recruiting teams. 

    What you will do

    • Find, pitch and close recruiting deals with startups and scale-ups.
      • Create your own lists of potential customers.
      • Make cold calls and send outreach messages.
      • Lead engaging sales discovery calls with new leads.
    • Facilitate briefing calls with your new customers and our recruiters.
    • Help coordinate project delivery with the recruiting team to win repeat business and referrals.
    • Track progress and leads in Hubspot.


    • Drive innovation, one hire at a time with the hottest startups around the world who have secured significant funding and are set for rapid growth ( customers have usually secured at least USD 1 million in funding or equivalent in annual revenue).
    • Help us build an innovative, global recruiting brand.
    • Work remotely and manage your own work schedule.
    • Competitive base salary + commissions.


    • 5+ years of professional sales experience.
    • You have an active network of contacts and proven experience selling into some of our target markets e.g. North America, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and especially in the DACH region.
    • Proven track record of selling services e.g. consulting or recruiting
    • Ability to hold conversations with founding teams as a like-minded entrepreneur.
    • You have exceptional English and written communication skills.
    • You're obsessed with quality and supporting your team to get results.
    • Interest in innovation, Lean startup and growth.
