We are now looking for a UI/UX Designer Web (m/f/d) in Berlin to support our ambitious growth.

You will be part of the foundation domain, supporting the design system team, while contributing to the overall UI/UX community.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You help discover, define, integrate, and scale best practices through our design system
• You design with a web application focus (iOS & Android is a plus)
• You collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product owners
• You conduct internal user research (surveys, interviews, etc.)
• You translate user needs into excellent solutions

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Experience with visual design and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma)
• You like working with style guides and/or design systems
• Interest in planning, conducting, and performing user research
• Passion for great designs and empathy for user needs
• Proactive mindset, ready to take ownership
• Fluent in English
