    As a (Senior) People Partner (m/f/d) at FlixTech, you'll be part of a lean, fast-paced, and data-driven HR Management team and can make an impact by working closely with the business to ensure that we develop and retain the people we need to remain at the front of modern mobility

    This role reports to the Expert People Partner based in Berlin, and is responsible for the FlixTech organization, covering13 countries as a part of People Partner team with circa 20 colleagues globally. You consider yourself a project manager, change ambassador and a value-adding contributor.

    • Partner with our leaders and employees to optimize key people processes and facilitate change (onboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, training, et
    • Assist in the tech employees' onboarding journey and drive its optimization
    • Consult with leaders and managers, providing guidance, sparring, and training sessions
    • Collaborate with the People Operations Managers dedicated to the German HQs and local offices, maintaining all HR master data up to date in our HRIS Workday
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance and standardization (partner with the legal department as needed)
    • Contribute to the further optimization and automation of HR processes, as well as knowledge management and documentation base in FlixNet and Confluence

    About You

    • Degree in Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or other related fields of study
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, high-growth digital organization focused on change and transformation (e-commerce, tech startup or similar)
    • Solid knowledge of German labor law
    • Fluency in German and English essential for this role, additional languages a plus
    • Proactive, committed, team and detail-oriented with the ability to use discretion and empathy when required
    • Agile mindset and passion to drive change
    • Proactive approach towards projects and the drive to ensure a high level of quality
